Parade Day Guidelines

All entrants are expected to observe the following:

  1. Lineup area — Staging takes place in a residential neighborhood. Do not block driveways, park on lawns, or leave litter.
  2. Pace — Maintain consistent spacing with the parade flow. Large gaps between units are not permitted.
  3. Candy & handouts — All items must be distributed from ground level only, not from floats or vehicles, and directed away from the street edge. Entrant cooperation in maintaining child safety is expected.
  4. Water guns — Not permitted.
  5. Animal units — Responsible for providing their own waste cleanup.

Lineup positions will be communicated by July 22nd. Staging begins at 7:30 AM. The Kanabec County Agricultural Society assumes no liability for incidents occurring on the parade route.
