Vendor – Outside (Food)
The following documents constitute the required vendor packet for the 2026 Kanabec County Fair (July 22–26). All outside food vendors must submit a completed packet — including the Vendor Application Form, ST-19, Hold Harmless Agreement, Certificate of Insurance, valid food license, and payment in full — to secure their space.
Returning vendors have priority registration through June 15, 2026; remaining spaces will be opened to new vendors thereafter. Review the ST-19 Instructions if you are unfamiliar with Minnesota sales tax reporting requirements.
