Key Dates
· Entries for all divisions will be accepted on Tuesday, July 21, from 12 noon to 7 p.m.
· In-person livestock can be entered on Tuesday, July 21, from 12 noon to 7 p.m. in the Open Class building, or pre-register online. Livestock can be entered online with NO entries taken online after July 20!
· All open class exhibits will be released on Sunday, July 26, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
Pre-registration
Pre-registration of exhibits is available and very appreciated. We strongly encourage advanced registration. Pre-registration makes entry day much easier for exhibitors and staff. If you do not pre-register there can be up to a 1 hour wait for tags for your projects. If you need assistance please contact –

- Open Class Meat Goat Show – 1pm – Thursday, July 23rd – Livestock Arena
- Open Class Beef Show – 4pm – Saturday, July 25th – Livestock Arena
- Open Class Dairy Goat Show – 9am – Sunday, July 26th – Livestock Arena
